ID Card to PDF
Front and back on one page, and it is not just for IDs: put up to six small scans or photos, receipts, cheques, cards, certificates, on a single print-ready page, right in your browser.
Add your scans
The front and back of an ID, or up to 6 small scans and photos. PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP, mixed freely. A PDF with several pages works too, every page becomes its own card.
Choose filesDrag a card to move it. Drag a corner to resize. Tap a card for Crop, Rotate and Remove. Auto arrange puts everything back in place.
Both sides, one page
Front and back of your ID combined on a single A4, US Letter or Legal page, ready to print or send.
Automatic crop & arrange
The card is detected in each scan, the empty background is trimmed away, and both sides are placed neatly for you.
Adjust everything
If the automatic result is not quite right, you can re-crop, drag, resize and rotate each side yourself until it looks the way you want.
Completely private
An ID is as sensitive as it gets. Everything happens in your browser, nothing is ever uploaded to a server.
Put the front and back of your ID on one page
Scanners and scanning apps usually save an ID card as two separate files, or as two full pages with a small card floating in a sea of white. When an office, bank, landlord or visa application asks for "both sides of your ID on one page", stitching those scans together in a text editor is clumsy and often comes out the wrong size. PDFMingo's ID Card to PDF tool does it properly: add the front and back as two PDFs, one 2-page PDF or plain photos, and it finds the card in each scan, trims the background, and lays both sides out on a single clean page.
The Actual size option prints each side at the standard card width of 8.56 cm, so the printed copy matches the real document. If you want it bigger, switch to Medium or Large, choose stacked or side-by-side layout, and pick A4, US Letter or Legal in portrait or landscape. If the automatic detection ever misses, just select a card and crop, move, resize or rotate it by hand. It works for any card: national ID, Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, voter ID, insurance and residence cards. And it runs entirely in your browser, so your ID never leaves your device. No sign-up, no watermark, free.
It is not only for ID cards either. Anything small that gets scanned onto a wasteful full page fits here: put up to six receipts, vouchers, cheques (front and back), business cards, small certificates, passport-size photos or any mix of PDFs and pictures together on a single page, arranged automatically and adjusted however you like before you download one clean PDF.
